Senior Project Progress

My senior project is the Language Development of Babies and Toddlers. I chose this topic because it interests me very much and I wanted to learn more about it. I also chose this topic because I believe it might help me later on in the future, because I want to become a social worker and work with families. I have printed out all the papers from the school website that are related to the senior project. I also had an alteration done to my project it was a little one and I had to go see Mr. Gilbert and talk to him about it. I originally for my end product I was going to create a game and a pamphlet but Mr. Gilbert approved and changed my end product so now I will focus on creating a game. I have also been trying to figure out where I am going to do my volunteer hours at either at head start or the preschool program at shear charter school. They both told me I would be able to do my volunteer hours there and all I needed is to take the tuberculosis shot because I was going to be working with kids and also maybe that I might have to be finger printed because of that same reason but that my mentor would double check on that. I also have my mentor and she works at the preschool and I am very fortunate that she agreed to be my mentor for my senior project and I am going to interview her this upcoming Monday at 2:45 in the afternoon. I have come up with many good questions to ask my mentor and now I am just working on which ones are the most important and then I am going to put them a logical order.
